Quick Home Remedy to Lower Cholesterol

Curry leaves! Grind curry leaves and make a ball to the size of a gooseberry. Have it with warm water. This will help to reduce your cholesterol, skin problems, hair problems and soothe the eyes. And it doesn't taste bad.
