Mass Index, BMI, is a measurement of body fat calculated from a
person's height and weight. This is applied to both men and women
between the ages of 18 and 65 years. BMI indicates the body fat, and
is a primary method of screening and anticipating health problems.
Underweight = <20
Normal weight = 20–24.9
Overweight = 25–29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
