On the planet 51 Pegasi B, it rains Iron
Pegasi B is a gas giant 50 light years away. It's located in the constellation Pegasus, and is the most massive planet found outside our solar system so far. Its temperatures range from 1000°C (1832°F) to 2000°C (3632°F), its gravity is 15 times as strong as ours, and its years are just 5.6 of our Earth days.

Geographic channel, the planet is very rich in iron because it falls
from the sky! Astronomers at the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for
Astrophysics in Cambridge, Massachusetts were the first to spot the
superdense planet, using the HATNet global network of automated
telescopes. The telescop network scans a large fraction of the Northern
Hemisphere sky every night to search for planets. The whole documentary
